IB Analysis and Approaches SL
Two-year rigorous integrated course in mathematics, designed for students who have a little interest in math, but may not choose a math-heavy major in college. Specifically recommended for STEM majors with a lighter focus on math: general technology, mechanical engineering, and any science majors that do not necessarily require Calculus II or higher level of mathematics.

Analysis and Approaches focuses more on analytic, abstract mathematics. In SL, students are introduced to introductory statistics and introductory calculus, as well as introductory reasoning and proof.
